Move beyond specifications.
See the system working.

An overseas buyer was evaluating an automatic filling and packaging solution for pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food-industry applications. Product sheets alone were not enough: the machinery, manufacturer capability and proposed configuration needed to be examined directly at the factory.

GlobalWay visited the Shanghai manufacturing facility on the buyer's behalf. The inspection covered the operating condition of the equipment, the relationship between individual modules and the practical suitability of the proposed line for the buyer's production requirements.

Technical visibility from China to the buyer

01 / FACTORY REVIEW

Manufacturer and production capability

The facility, assembly areas and in-house component work were reviewed to understand how the equipment was produced, integrated and supported by the manufacturer.

02 / MACHINE INSPECTION

Core systems examined in operation

Bottle feeding and alignment, liquid and powder filling, capping, sealing, labeling, coding, printing, sterilization and drying modules were reviewed across the available line configurations.

03 / TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT

Capacity, configuration and compliance

Production capacities, modular options and the technical information relevant to GMP and ISO requirements were discussed. Machinery was observed and tested in working condition wherever available.

04 / PROJECT COORDINATION

Reporting, installation and delivery planning

The buyer was kept informed through photographs, videos and written updates. Engineer deployment from China to Turkey, freight planning, customs-clearance coordination and supplier-payment follow-up were managed as connected parts of the project.

A documented factory assessment.
A clearer path to execution.

The buyer gained direct, documented visibility into the machinery, factory capability and technical-commercial fit of the proposed solution without relying only on remote supplier claims. The inspection findings were translated into a practical coordination plan covering configuration, installation support, logistics, customs and payment milestones.
