Verify what was ready.
Close every gap before loading.

An overseas buyer had previously ordered an aluminum tube production line from a manufacturer in Wuxi. As the delivery date approached, the buyer needed a reliable on-the-ground representative to verify the line’s true completion status and coordinate the remaining work directly with the factory.

GlobalWay received the buyer in Shanghai, arranged local transportation and the factory programme, then accompanied the technical review in Wuxi. The machinery, incomplete components and installation requirements were examined in person so that decisions could be made against real production conditions rather than remote updates.

One line of coordination from arrival to shipment

01 / ARRIVAL & PLANNING

Buyer reception and factory programme

The buyer was received at Shanghai airport. Ground transportation, the Wuxi visit, factory appointments and the working schedule were coordinated around the project’s technical priorities.

02 / ON-SITE INSPECTION

Actual line status verified

The production line was inspected in person. Missing parts, incomplete sections and items requiring technical clarification before delivery were identified and documented with the manufacturer.

03 / TECHNICAL COORDINATION

Requirements translated into action

GlobalWay facilitated multilingual technical discussions, clarified responsibilities and aligned the buyer and manufacturer on installation details, completion steps and the remaining production schedule.

04 / COMPLETION & LOGISTICS

Follow-up continued after the visit

After the buyer returned home, factory visits and direct follow-up continued. Completion of outstanding components, packaging, freight preparation and readiness for the scheduled loading date were coordinated on the ground.

The line was completed.
The shipment left on plan.

The missing components and pending technical requirements were completed, and the production line passed its final on-site readiness review. GlobalWay maintained direct coordination with the manufacturer through packaging and freight preparation, and the completed line was loaded for shipment on the scheduled date.
